    As women of otherness, we have the power to shape the future!

    Aged 34, my life was the ultimate rollercoaster ride: I left two management jobs, was let go from another, and ended a long-term relationship.

     

    Struggling with self-doubt and being unable to fit the corporate box, job searching in Germany was difficult as I was labeled a "job hopper" and "never satisfied."

     

    And then, a miracle happened when I arrived in San Francisco.

     

    At a party, I met the founding team of Airbnb and was in awe of their emotional intelligence, drive to use tech for good, and culture of experimentation.
